Shipping policy
Please review your shipping address carefully. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays, returns, or unsuccessful delivery.
General Shipping Requirements
All shipping addresses must be written in Latin characters.
Address Line 1 is limited to 35 characters and Address Line 2 to 30 characters.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address.
A phone number is required for international shipments to ensure smooth delivery.
PO Box Deliveries
PO box delivery is recommended only for addresses in the United States. For other countries, delivery to a PO box is at the customer’s own risk.
PO boxes have size limits; the largest standard box measures 12" x 22.5", so larger products cannot be shipped to a PO box.
PO box addresses are not supported for Express Delivery. Orders with Express Delivery sent to a PO box will be processed as standard shipping.

Note: Deliveries to PO boxes may face delays or issues. If accepted, customers should be informed of potential delivery risks.
Shipping to Germany
Home Deliveries: Provide the recipient’s full name, street and house number, apartment number (if applicable), zip code, and country.
Business Addresses: Include the business name clearly on the doorbell. PO boxes cannot be used.
Parcel Lockers / Packstation / Paketshop: Recipient must have an active Deutsche Post/DHL account. Include the postal number with the Packstation number in Address Line 1.

Shipping to Brazil
Include the recipient’s CPF number (format: XXX.XXX.XXX-XX) and phone number to ensure smooth delivery.
Shipping to Mexico
Shipping labels must include full name, tax ID/national ID (RFC, CURP, or equivalent), email, and phone number. Non-residents may use SSN, passport, or other tax ID.
Missing information may delay delivery or result in return to sender.
Shipping to Chile
Include the recipient’s RUN / RUT number (format: XX.XXX.XXX-Z) and phone number.
Shipping to South Korea
Include the Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) in the shipping address if required.
Shipping to Venezuela
Include the recipient’s RIF number (Registro de Identificación Fiscal), full name, complete address (building, street, floor/apartment, city, district, state, postcode), phone number, and email.
